Creating podcasts was something new for HBO, so I was at the forefront of figuring out a production process to execute podcasts.

For Chernobyl, the HBO team worked alongside our vendor to craft episode content, record audio, legally clear episodes and ensure final touches before launch.

For Succession, we brought all production in-house to HBO and WarnerMedia.

I worked in conjunction with our Editorial team to ensure scripts and content aligned with the show. I also collaborated with our Design team to create custom promotional assets, our Legal and Marketing teams to clear content and with our Video and Streaming teams to ensure podcasts also made it onto YouTube and HBO streaming platforms for the first time.

Under my guidance, my Associate Producer also uploaded, tagged and distributed episodes for fan consumption across podcast platforms and HBO.com.
